Neston Angels is proud to present Strictly Social, a soiree with steps! Come and have a cuppa and a biccie, meet some new friends and try some easy dance steps with experienced dance leader Pam.
If you’re not sure about joining in, come along for a cuppa and a chat and just enjoy the music. Be warned though: sooner or later, your feet will start tapping…
Neston Angels’ volunteer Pam has offered to lead this special dance and social afternoon on Tuesday 15th May, 2.00 - 3.30pm at NCYC. If popular, it’ll become a regular event. The fun session will have tables set up similar to the much-loved Senior Matinees, with china tea service and biccies, and space to learn various dance steps in 15-minute exercises.
Strictly Social is for 60+ men and women, no experience or a partner needed, and it’ll be a fun way to increase flexibility and strength and improve balance. There’ll be a break halfway for a little breather and a quick game of Bingo, and people can do as little or as much as they are able. Or just come along to chat and enjoy the music if they prefer.
This first Strictly Social session is completely free, but as spaces are limited you’ll need to book by phoning NCYC on 0151 336 7805 or pop into NCYC reception.
