Saturday 25th May Doors open 6pm for licenced bar and food
Film starts 7pm
Christopher Robin, now a grown up family man, encounters his beloved childhood friend Winnie-the-Pooh. Together they embark on a quest to find Pooh’s friends, and rediscover the joys of life. The film’s magical animated characters were nominated for an Oscar for “Best Visual Effects.”
“Far smarter and funnier than it needs to be. In fact, for a film about stuffed animals who love adventure, it barely feels like a children's movie at all. Bask in its weirdness.” – GQ Magazine
Come and enjoy the usual Flicks formula of food, cake, licenced bar and great atmosphere at Neston Civic Hall on Saturday 25th May. Doors open 6pm for the chance to enjoy a drink from the bar, before the film starts at 7pm, introduced by MC John.
Please note: Neston Flicks will no longer be serving Scouse. For this film night, we'll have pimped-up hot dogs on brioche buns with melt-in-the-mouth onions. Veggie version also available. No food voucher needed, just pay £3 on the night. Fresh cream cake also on sale, and icecream at the interval.
