Introducing our new volunteer platform - Volunteero

Thanks to funding from The National Lottery: Reaching Communities Fund we are excited to announce our new volunteering platform, Volunteero.

NCYC would not be able to provide the services we do and support our community effectively without the unwavering support of our fantastic volunteers and we want to make sure our volunteers feel valued and supported.

What is Volunteero?

Volunteero is an online and app based volunteer management system. It simplifies the process of volunteer scheduling, communicating and tracking volunteer progress.

Volunteero will be going live on 21.10.24. On this date all volunteer opportunities for existing volunteers will be communicated through the system and all reporting (for befrienders) will be done via this app. We will also be registering new volunteers directly through the app.

We do not want this system to restrict anyone from volunteering so if you are unable to access the system by app or online please speak to Barry

What next?
